Administrative Team

With more than 30 years of experience in education, I have dedicated my career to supporting student growth, academic success, and strong school communities. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University and my master’s degree from Loyola College. I began my teaching career in Harford County, Maryland, as a 4th-grade teacher, where I developed a passion for classroom instruction and student engagement. After ten years in the classroom, I transitioned into school leadership as an assistant principal, and I have proudly served as a principal for over 15 years.
Outside of school, I am the proud parent of three beautiful grown daughters and currently reside in Maryland. Born and raised in South Jersey, I am grateful for the opportunity to work with and support students, families, and staff in the Brandywine School District. It is an honor to contribute to a community committed to helping every child learn, grow, and succeed.

Her work reflects a deep belief in equity, collaboration, and the importance of partnering with families.
A New York native who has grown to love Delaware as her home, Ms. Rogers is both an educator and a proud mom of two teenage boys. She is passionate about creating equitable, culturally responsive classrooms where every child has access, opportunity, and representation. Beyond her professional life, she is a lover of reading, the color purple, and elephants. She enjoys painting and diamond gem art as creative outlets.
Mrs. Rogers is excited to bring her energy, experience, and heart to Lancashire, working side by side with staff, students, and families to ensure that all children thrive both academically and socially.
