Ms. Rogers brings over a decade of experience in education, including 10 years in the classroom and a strong foundation of advanced leadership training that has prepared her to guide and support our school community. She earned her Master’s Degree in School Leadership from Wilmington University and was recently honored with the 2025 Governor’s Award for Excellence in Civics Education for her dedication to empowering students as engaged citizens and leaders.

Throughout her career, Ms. Rogers has been committed to building strong relationships, fostering student voice, and creating inclusive learning environments. She believes in the power of MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) to ensure all students are successful academically, socially, and emotionally, and she has extensive experience supporting students through individualized education plans (IEPs), culturally responsive practices, and data-driven decision-making. Her work reflects a deep belief in equity, collaboration, and the importance of partnering with families.

A New York native who has grown to love Delaware as her home, Ms. Rogers is both an educator and a proud mom of two teenage boys. She is passionate about creating equitable, culturally responsive classrooms where every child has access, opportunity, and representation. Beyond her professional life, she is a lover of reading, the color purple, and elephants. She enjoys painting and diamond gem art as creative outlets.

Mrs. Rogers is excited to bring her energy, experience, and heart to Lancashire, working side by side with staff, students, and families to ensure that all children thrive both academically and socially.
